CHICAGO- Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Fuji Speedway Hotel in Shizuoka, Japan, the first property within The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand in Japan, introducing the first in a planned compilation of unique and history-worthy hotels in the country.
