HYDERABAD: India’s Chief Justice NV Ramana on Friday released the ‘Nyay Nirman’ document after the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a guesthouse and cultural center for the High Court of Telangana to Banjara Hills here. Justice P Naveen Rao of the Telangana High Court authored the Nyay Nirman paper on the design of court compounds with emphasis on uniformity, standard operating processes for establishing new compounds and specification reports.

The CJI expressed appreciation for the readiness of the state government to construct the guest house for the HC and said such a complex was needed as judges from across the country frequently travel to Hyderabad for medical treatment. medical or to ensure the higher education of their children.
